Custom keyboard shortcuts screen no longer accessible via side menu in extensions screen. This has occurred following Brave settings redesign.

Usually able to access wider array of shortcut options from left hand menu in extensions screen, no longer available.

The redesign is still in works. Have requested more info here https://github.com/brave/brave-browser/issues/955#issuecomment-479890617. For now you can access the menu by visiting brave://extensions/shortcuts
