is it normal for everyone else? no ads for days
They will give you some bunk excuse of just because you opt in for ads, doesn’t mean you will get them. I haven’t received a single ad in 2 months, Then I completely wiped out every single trace of Brave files and folder. Started from scratch, and got ads again for a couple hours. Then ads stopped again for these last 2 days. Good luck bro, because I’ve been having nothing but problems since I first tried verifying my wallet in 2019. Mind you, my issue is desktop, but it’s still the same issue.

Same issue here, no more ads since 2 days (right after a Brave update, in fact).

Yeah brother, there are a lot of us not getting ads. Personally I don’t think mine will ever be fixed, but I hope yours gets resolved.

I don’t complain because I don’t see ads, I just report something like a bug.
So far, I had 360 ads since the last month, so it works.

I feel your pain. Brave quits ads after a few hours upon new clean install. It’s broken for me too. They want me to let them snoop around in my computer to help me when clearly I am not the only one going through this. I highly doubt this is a setting in our computers. Too many people have been complaining about this all year.

SO after a couple of months I suddenly got 8 ads. really? few months to get 8 ads within a 48hr period? Sounds really messed up. Anyway check this out. I have been working on my system over time for the last few days, and although I ended up with 8 ads within 48hrs I never got any notification to click on the ad. Personally I would like to see the ad to see if it’s something I am interested it. So the way I look at it is it’s still broken. Took a few months to get ads and when I did it happened back to back, then stopped again, and none of them showed on my action center, nor did they show as a banner. I verified banners and notifications should be working, but now for some reason Brave isn’t showing notification popup as banners as I have them set. I tested with Bennish and verified it’s set right in my windows settings. Looks to to me like Brave notification banners are broken for me. The whole time I didn’t get any ads, my banners were working fine in Brave. smh. This browser is a huge headache. Sorry if I made no sense, but it’s hard to explain things straight when over a year’s worth of Brave frustration is flowing hard in your veins.
