Description of the issue:
How can this issue be reproduced?
1.Just install the latest version on a Windows 10 machine.
Expected result:
I expect to get ad notifications… but nothing after running 10 days non-stop
Brave Version( check About Brave):
Version 1.3.115 Chromium: 80.0.3987.87

Did you still unable to enable Ads, @Br4v31?
Also, your Brave is outdated. The latest version is 1.5.x.
Yes, that was the version on the old pc (and those of my friends). The version in my new laptop is 1.5.115 on Chromium 80.0.3987.149
