Description of the issue:
From time to time, when opening a new tab this is fully blank and unresponsive.
If I open new tabs they are unresponsive and blank too.
When this happens the solution is to close the whole browser and open it again.
It begin to happen a couple of months ago.

Use the browser, open new tabs, browse…there is no clear pattern. It happens from time to time. I use the browser for more than 8 hours a day, and it might happen one or two times a day.

When this happens, new tabs are blank and unresponsive.
Expected result:
Each time I open a new tab is fully responsive.

~ 1-5% of the times that I open a new tab
