Currently, just switched over to Brave from Opera and I love the customization options and how fast it is.
My only annoyance is that the Top Pages are currently not saved under Bookmarks > Other Bookmarks > Top Sites.
Also, the space provided for Top Sites is too small:
Unlike Opera’s Speed Dial with an entire webpage dedicated to it, where saved sites can be customized with user-defined thumbnails and tiles can be grouped together into folders:
