Never received April rewards, and no longer receiving rewards or ads

  1. I never received my April reward payout. My rewards are currently “stuck” at 7.20 BAT, which was my expected payout for the last month. I am not currently receiving ads or accruing any rewards. My region is set to California.

  2. I have attempted to deactivate and reactivate Brave rewards. I have checked all notification settings. Nothing has changed on my end (Windows 10). I am not running a VPN. The problem did not begin until I updated Brave to the latest stable build.

  3. Windows 10.
    Brave version:
    Version 1.22.71 Chromium: 89.0.4389.114 (Official Build) (64-bit)

My Uphold wallet is not yet verified, and I have been an active Brave user since February. Any ideas on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated!

This was my issue as well. It looks like a fix for payments possibly broke something else. They recommend turning off extensions. Although that wasn’t a fix either.

Hello,
I am seeing the same problem with the BAT rewards pane. It is “stuck” at what is supposed to be last month’s payout. New ads are still showing up but no increase in the BAT tokens. I am using Brave browser on MacOS Big Sur.

  1. I have gone and used

brave://rewards-internals/

to get some logs but that pane is empty.

  1. The number of “Ads received this month” is stuck at 62 even though there are new ads that are showing up.

  2. I have tried deactivating and reactivating Brave rewards.

Let me know if any further information is required.

Having same problem too. I am not receiving any ads after the update. Browser is installed on MacOS Big Sur.

Hi, I also never received March or April rewards. The rewards screen shows what i claimed but the payment never arrived. They make me contact Terry to schedule a screen share last month but he leave me hanging and never responded back after i send him the info he requested.

I send the team screenshots of my problem several times but still no answer.

1 I allready went through all the troubleshooting proceses by my self, last month my pending claimed rewards where 4.5 but only received 0.65 BAT. Now in April my pending claimed rewards are 3.5 BAT but i didn’t get any.

  1. Im using windows 8.1
    Brave version: 1.24.56

I am also having this problem. I’ve viewed over 72 ads so far this month but have received no rewards.

I’m in the same boat as this guy, Steeven tried to fix it two weeks ago but nothing changed. I have no idea how to fix this on my own.

For anyone here encountering this, we would like to try and set up a screen share with you (if you’re willing) and try to diagnose the issue. If you would like to help with this, can you please send me a DM with:

  • Your wallet payment ID found on your brave://rewards-internals page
  • Make the subject “ads issue screen share” so I can easily see spot them in my DMs
