My rewards is still pending and I cannot claim them!

**My rewards is still pending and I cannot claim them. there is no option to claim my rewards from December. Now we are in Jan 7 and my claim should be made by Jan 5. **
**Also I have another 2 profiles when I try to withdraw to my uphold it loads my wallet but It doesn’t withdraw the earnings. so I have these two issues. 1- my rewards is still pending, 2- When I try to withdraw It loads my wallet but the amount doesn’t proceed and be credited to my balance. I hope you can fix these issues ASAP. **
