My crypto is gone and i dont know how to fix

Description of the issue:

So i recently decided to restore my computer because it was getting super slow, one of the things that i remembered to keep safe was my brave wallet recovery phrase, and so i saved it on my phone, now that my pc is “clean” i installed brave again and tried to connect my wallet using the recovery phrase, and it did work however all my crypto disapeared, like all my BAT, and some other ones from binance

How can this issue be reproduced?
reset your pc and try to loging on brave wallet

Hello,

What chains were your assets on previously? i.e. Ethereum, Binance, Solana, etc. Can you confirm you are on the correct chain within the Brave Wallet?

Are the previous assets added here? brave://wallet/crypto/portfolio

Did you import any addresses/private keys into the Brave Wallet from another wallet?

Do you by chance have a 24-word recovery phrase? If so you might need to check on the checkbox for “Import from legacy Brave crypto wallets?” when restoring your wallet in brave://wallet/crypto/restore-wallet

Hey, so i had JMPT which is from binance

like i can see my assets and the one that i want is showing there, but the thing is, there is nothing there like, lets say i used to have 100 jmpt, now i have nothing

check your account on etherscan . io or bsc version depending on which chain. then go and see if you can see your coins transferred out of the wallet. if yes then I’m sorry to say you probably got scammed but if not then you may need to change the chain you are viewing on your wallet. Erc 20 coins wont show up if you are on the smart chain and vis versa
