Correct. Your balance only increases when payments are sent once each month. It doesn’t go up instantly just by viewing ads. So like for December, everything from December 1 to December 31 was viewed, then it pays out around January 7. Important part is payout begins around the 7th, but it can take days or weeks to complete.
There’s this very large banner here on the website that I’m guessing you ignored. You know, the one that mentions the payout status and shows it pending, such as in the screenshot below:
In that same way, it seems you chose to delete the template that was included on your topic and didn’t want to provide any of the details they asked of you. I’m not sure why you chose that providing information or reading details given wasn’t important.
