Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past? Yes

**Are you using a VPN? No

**Are you in a supported region Yes

**Does your device pass the [SafteyNet] NA I am having issues with my desktop. My android phone works fine.

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold?? Yes

It won’t be resolved by posting here. Your best bet will be to submit a Support Ticket so someone from Brave can look into it. Just make sure you provide as many details and all information they need. Keep in mind tickets are worked on in the order they are received. If you hear back from them quickly, be grateful. But be prepared for weeks to go by between responses. This is just how busy they are and they have to prioritize things sometimes.,
