My account has a Claim error. And current balance my BAT = 0. BAT quantity Completely disappeared.

I only sent a message to you yesterday, regarding my “disappeared” BAT - so I realise it’s early to expect a response just yet :wink:
I noticed my 12 BAT have been sent to brave.com (I realise in message I’d said I didn’t know where it had gone, but spotted it afterwards). Hope you received the message with the details I’d copied from chrome://rewards-internals/ ? I’ll re-send if not.

I have this problem too. I had a payout last month to my wallet for ads and it is gone now. I do not recall reinstalling anything.
