Missing BAT & no rewards this month?

I recently stated using brave about a month ago. I turned off auto contribute and last I checked (yesterday) I had 5.2 BAT that was supposed to deposit into my wallet on Jan 5. It now says less than 4.5 and the next payment date is now Feb 5.

Why did my reward go down for no reason?
Why didn’t my reward get deposited the 5th of Jan?
Should I go back to using Chrome?
