Lost my BAT Even though I opted out of auto contribute

I tried to post this yesterday but I don’t think it went thru. I’m trying to reclaim my lost bat, as I opted out of auto contribute on my phone but this setting did not sync with my laptop. I’m really upset as I always click those ads and now I feel very discouraged to use this browser.

I have had the same problem. I had a massive 20 BAT taken Uphold by Brave on Sept 11.

I still haven’t received any response from Brave…

Thank you for reporting! Please DM with the following information:

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.
