Your request is still being processed

Briefly describe your issue:

When I open settings for the brave rewards, there is message “your request is still being processed” month after I have synced with my old phone after getting new phone. I’m unable to go beyond this point and verify with uphold. I have tried to verify with uphold before and after logging in, I just have this message and I’m not able to go forward.
