## Description
Files downloaded via brave browser can't be opened or shown in … folder by the browser anymore as of 0.67.124 (package version) on Kubuntu 19.04.
## Steps to Reproduce
1. Download any file off the internet. In this case I saved an image
2. Click on the file to open it
3. Gwenviewer should open now
## Actual result:
Gwenviewer does not open. The option in the menu "Show in folder" also does not open the folder in Dolphin anymore.
## Expected result:
The image should get opened in Gwenviewer, as in the file should get opened either by executing or opening in the appropriate default software (Gwenviewer for images).
## Reproduces how often:
Everytime?

@BravBugRep
If you can, please provide a screenshot of the prompt window for your concern.
@fanboynz - any chance that an AdBlock filter is inadvertently blocking the function:
“open file in folder / see file in folder”
of @BravBugRep 's concern - given the particular Linux OS version (Kubuntu Dolphin)?
OS Kubuntu 20.04, also issue was spotted on Ubuntu 22.04.3
Dolphin 19.12.3
Just download any mp3 from any site, go to your downloads (Cntrl + J} and use this button.
It should open the folder where file were downloaded but it is not working. Dolphin file manager starts for a second and instantly closes.

I dont see any info of you as a stuff/support/dev team member and your user info is hidden. Doesn’t seems like good idea to download something you provide.
But if you are just user that trying to help i can say that i have no problem to download or save any type of file but the feature (see file in folder where you downloaded it) not working not only with the mp3. It can be xls, txt, doc, mp3, mp4, etc.
Any file opens with direct left button click with their filetype handler.
It’s just browser’s feature not working. Seems like it were disabled somewhere
Still the same, nothing helps. I believe it’s some kind of Brave+Ubuntu/Kubuntu interaction. Hoping for the fix, still no alternatives but using other browsers (which works well)

Please test by using the Guest Profile:
Can you please try launching a Guest Profile (Menu --> More tools --> Guest profile), close your original profile window, then try to visit that site (and/or any others you’re seeing this issue with) and test to see if you get the same results?
And you might try Brave Beta for testing:
Can you please, on your personal laptop, try installing the Beta build of the browser and tell me if you get the same issue when you try to visit the sites in Beta? Note that installing/running will not interfere with your current installation — it will just run as a separate browser.
