Description of the issue: Brave does not respect the custom-cursor I have set in KDE, instead forcing one that I think is windows’ whenever my mouse is floating over the Brave window.
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Set a custom cursor
  2. Open brave non-maximized (this problem effects the profile-switcher as well)
  3. profit

Expected result: My mouse cursor should remain unchanged whether within the browser or not.

Brave Version( check About Brave):
Version 1.57.57 Chromium: 116.0.5845.163 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Additional Information: Running Wayland, completely up-to-date from default arch-repos with minimal AUR usage. Brave is installed as native rather than a flatpak.
