Brave Browser Inverts Mouse Cursor

Description of the issue:

Mouse cursor inverts when hovering over Brave Browser in both official build and the beta. The cursor interacts with objects in a page as it should, however, the click position matches the inverted pointer.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Launch Brave.
  2. Issue persists at all instances the cursor interacts with Brave.
  3. Stops when exiting Brave and only happens when interacting with Brave.

Expected result:

Mouse cursor should not flip moving to Brave from other functions.
