Linked Rewards to Gemini - BAT tokens missing

Hello,

I just linked my Gemini account to my BAT rewards account and was wondering were my existing bat tokens went when they connected. I understand it displays what ever BAT is in my Gemini wallet but where did the existing BAT tokens go that were in my Brave virtual wallet?

EDIT: showed up after a couple of days!
