Description of the issue: The kerning and/or width of letters in Brave’s interface and some websites is tighter and more compressed under macOS 10.15 (Catalina).
There appears to be less white space between letters in the URL bar, tabs, and other interface elements than there was before, or perhaps the characters themselves are being compressed. Either way, it’s now harder to read.
Here’s a comparison of WordPress’ admin interface in Safari (13.0.2) and Brave (0.69.135). The more compressed version is Brave:
