Once raised, please share ticket id you receive in the email you submitted.
Also, support might take upto 3 to 4 weeks to get back to you. So be patient. They are handling a lot of tickets lately.
Yes yes, always the same answer… Post a ticket, and than what? I’ve done this and I received no answer! So many topics on this support forum about similar problems…
I open the ticket and this was the answer:
“There was an issue with NTP ads last month, which resulted in an incorrect payout status for Rewards. Please note, there is no issue with payment and the correct amount has been paid out based on ads viewed.
We apologize for the confusion in the Rewards payout messaging.”
Ok, so there was an issue in the calculation of the amount of BATS to be payed out.
Is the issue fixed? This month the amount will be correct?
They wrote message to me that everything is correct, the first amount of BAT(7,000) was an error, and the correct amount is that what i got… Like I said erlier, it’s smels like scam! And i know I’ll got this post flagged cause is telling the truth, but they are scummers and they alvays will say that the error is on their favour. My advice is to change browser and don’t let them making money on you.
