Latest version Not Opening

Hi All,
I just manually installed the latest version of Brave – because Brave would not let me update in the regular manner – and now Brave won’t open. So I uninstalled Brave and reinstalled it – restarted the PC – and still can’t open Brave.

How can I get Brave to actually work?

I only have Roboform as an extension, but I deleted that extension folder.
I do not use vertical tabs or any special themes.
I have no crash reports.
Using Windows 10 x64

UPDATE:
OK, I just uninstalled the browser and reinstalled it once again. It’s working now except that I lost all my previously opened browser tabs. I do have a copy of the Brave Browser folder from the old version of Brave on a flash drive.

How do I reclaim my previously open browser tabs from before the upgrade?
