actually yes because i havn’t any BAT yet

my brave rewards say me my paiement is done but when i check on my uphold account i still have 0 BAT.

if i remember well, normally i got about 0.944BAT for june.

Hey, in the future it can help if you Search Before Posting. You’ll have found other people with similar issues and seen that we always have to tell people to create a Rewards Support Ticket at https://support.brave.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360001302431 so someone from Brave can investigate.

I’m just advising of that as it makes things easier for everyone. In any case, please do make sure you create that support ticket and then share the ticket number here. Do be advised it can take a while to get replies, so do be patient and expect to wait up to 2-3 weeks, though hopefully will be handled much quicker.

little question link to this but other “problem”

maybe it’s normal but why i got only 0.944bat last month and actually 0.592bat this month.
i put to get 10 ads by hour si seems be few bat:

Yesterday I was told I have (just over) 6 BAT ‘on it’s way’. Today the dashboard says it’s arrived, but the total is the same, and nothing has arrived in my Uphold account in over 2 months, (so I missed last month’s payment too). All the statements in the dashboard are empty, including for past months when payments did arrive, and can be seen in my uphold account.

Did not receive rewards as well. Ticket number- 206509

Update, I got a reply saying they would pay me the outstanding amount in the next payment, and a few days later, I was logged out of Uphold, and my account is now flagged! I’m still getting ads, and BAT credit, but another 3.5 BAT disappeared at the end of July, so I’m now out of pocket by INRO 15 BAT. I am doing nothing different with my account than I have always done. Completely regular browsing behaviour.

finally got my BAT. and here a copy of the brave support answer on my ticket:

Based on the creation date of your Rewards profile, your first payout will take place during the August scheduled payout period.

so was normal i didn’t got in previous month.
