my brave rewards say me my paiement is done but when i check on my uphold account i still have 0 BAT.
if i remember well, normally i got about 0.944BAT for june.
I’m just advising of that as it makes things easier for everyone. In any case, please do make sure you create that support ticket and then share the ticket number here. Do be advised it can take a while to get replies, so do be patient and expect to wait up to 2-3 weeks, though hopefully will be handled much quicker.
Yesterday I was told I have (just over) 6 BAT ‘on it’s way’. Today the dashboard says it’s arrived, but the total is the same, and nothing has arrived in my Uphold account in over 2 months, (so I missed last month’s payment too). All the statements in the dashboard are empty, including for past months when payments did arrive, and can be seen in my uphold account.
Update, I got a reply saying they would pay me the outstanding amount in the next payment, and a few days later, I was logged out of Uphold, and my account is now flagged! I’m still getting ads, and BAT credit, but another 3.5 BAT disappeared at the end of July, so I’m now out of pocket by INRO 15 BAT. I am doing nothing different with my account than I have always done. Completely regular browsing behaviour.
