July 2021 Payment did not go to my Uphold Account - Mobile

I have not received 21 BAT on July 2021 (payed in August 2021). I already looked in Uphold Support.
Strange thing is that I did received BAT transfers from my PC but not from my mobile (where I have the 21 BAT).

What Operating System and Brave version are you using?

I am facing the same. I have received from a browser but missing from another browser and the mobille. They are showing different numbers in the browser but nothing in uphold.

I am having similar problem. In my case I haven’t received any reward for last 3 months.
I have already informed the support team,and @steeven was working on it but it hasn’t been resolved till now.

I also have 21 BATs on my mobile Brave browser that haven’t been paid since july. After checking my event log, it appers that I have a device limit, even though I only have three devices connected to the Uphold wallet. Of course, I received payments from two devices, but not from a mobile phone…

Thank you for reporting! Please DM with the following information:

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.
