Issues while using google sheets

Description of the issue:
Google sheets functionalities don’t work anymore since today (24/09/2024):

• calendar displaying when double clicking a date
• open multiple link at once (for youtube links)
• preview of an embedded link in a cell not showing
• open the window to resize a column
• certainly more functionalities of the same kind (ones opening new tabs or pop-up window)

How can this issue be reproduced?

1. go to any google sheet
2. try using any functionality mentioned earlier

Expected result:

• double clicking a date should display a calendar
• when there’s link in several cells, “open links” should open them all at once up to 50
• when hovering a cell with an embedded link, a preview window should open
• column resizing button (in right click) should open said setting in a pop-up window

Additional Information:

• I’m on Windows 11
• These functionalities do work on Edge where I tested them so it surely comes from Brave and not sheets
• I tried disabling addons and Brave shield, the issue doesn’t come from there either

Broken again as of this morning (14th Oct 2024) with Brave v1.70.126

I’m particularly noticing it with:

• calendar not displaying when editing a date
• link previews not showing (so can’t open links)

Again, all works fine in Edge

I had a similar issue a while back where the calendar feature wouldn’t show up when I tried to edit events. I found that sometimes clearing the cache or updating the browser can help, so maybe give that a shot.

As for the link previews, that can be a pain, especially if you’re trying to share stuff quickly. I ended up switching to Edge for a bit, too, just to keep things moving. On a side note, while dealing with all this tech stuff, I was organizing some data in Excel for a small project and came across some excel formulas and functions examples. Those resources were super helpful for sorting everything out efficiently!
