Description of the issue:
When attempting to download a torrent file from IPTorrents or racingfor.me I am presented with a white screen and not a download.

clicking on any torrent download
A couple weeks ago I would be presented with a new page that would say “Download file or Download inside of Brave”. It now just presents a white page. This looks like the same bug reported here that was closed due to in-activity: Issues Downloading Torrent
