Description of the issue: in my brave browser it shows i have total 11.5 bat uphold-4 bat & rewards bat-7.5 how to withdraw reward bat before rewards were transfered to uphold directly @steeven
How can this issue be reproduced?

1.issue with brave browser reward system
2.bat does not transfer to uphold

Expected result: the bat from rewards bat should transfer to uphold automatically

**Brave Version( check About Brave):**1.19.88
