Good morning, dear, for April 5 I had approximately 4.8 bat in my Brave Rewards, no automatic withdrawal was made on that date but 2 days later my Brave Rewards balance was 1.2 and its difference 3.6 bat has not been credited to my uphold account. What could happen? Where can I verify what happened with those records that the date has not yet been reflected in my uphold wallet? is there a way to trace what has happened and how long to wait for it to be credited. Thanks in advance for your clarification
additionally I have other withdrawals from other 3 PCs where I work regularly that present this abnormality, added in total are about 10 bat that are lost and I do not know their destination, this happens at the time of automatic withdrawal for a specific date
