Description of the issue:
Accessing https://www.gstatic.com/ gives a privacy error (NET::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID). The “Not Secure” icon next to the URL says that the certificate is not valid, but clicking further shows no issues with the certificate. OSX date/time is set correctly.

- Go to https://www.gstatic.com/
- Get the privacy error

Loads the page (a 404 in this case for https://www.gstatic.com/)
