Install BRAVE browser on windows 8.1

Description of the issue: unable to install brave browser in windows 8.1 pro(64 bit)
How can this issue be reproduced? running the exe file, on installation it errors out “the installer failed to uncompress the archive , please try download again”

  1. download exe from site
  2. double click on exe
  3. downlaod and runs installation and then failed

Expected result: to install brave browser on windows machine
