Description of the issue: Downloading Brave on Windows 8.1 Pro

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.
Install the exe, execute it.

Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):
Failed installation, error code 80070005.

Expected result:
Successful installation

Reproduces how often:
Always.

Operating System and Brave Version(See the About Brave page in the main menu):
Latest, my OS is 64-bit based.

Additional Information: Tried with restarting my pc, using administrator account, nothing worked.
