Improve Desktop Support "Community" function: Extend auto-closing topics from 30 days to 180 days

Description of the issue:
You close your support topics automatically after 30 days, hobbling one of the key functionalities of “community” forums: The ability to track a long-term issue through time.

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.
Search for “Whitelist Cookies Functionality” You’ll see a number of topics related to this issue through time. Expected result:

Reproduces how often:
Always, until you change settings to not automatically close a ticket after 30 days of no activity.

It’s a fair point. There is a tradeoff to be made between having zombie threads and capturing signal on an issue.

If we don’t allow the threads to live longer, there should probably be another mechanism to say ‘I agree and want to see action on this too.’
