Impossibile to open link in apps

Description of the issue: after the last update of Brave, it is not possible to open link in their related apps. Such as reddit links or Amazon links. I of course enabled the setting “open links in external apps”, but anyway this setting doesn’t work.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Open the app
  2. Search something like “post reddit”
  3. Open one of the visible Reddit links with the app installed in the device

Expected result: open link in external apps

Brave Version( check About Brave): Brave 1.65.122, Chromium 124.0.6367.82
