Description of the issue: www.icloud.com does not load on browser version 1.73.101 (except in a private window), but does load on browser version 1.73.104.
How can this issue be reproduced?

I have some extensions set to load – but watching the Network inspector, I’m unable to determine what’s blocking page load on 1.73.101.
Expected result: page loads
