I want to change and control the background image / picture at my search page

I searched within the parameters of the Brave Settings but I cannot see how to change the background picture or control other aspects of the image of the home-screen, etc.

After several minutes of searching through the saved troubleshooting conversations I could not see the solution.

Can anyone help?
