Description of the issue:
i get youtube ads on the latest version of brave which i installed from the “Release Channel Installation” on Linux through the command line.
Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. i use the browser
Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!): 1. i get youtube ads and youtube banner ads
Expected result: 1. i should not get youtube ads?
Reproduces how often: Always
Operating System and Brave Version(See the About Brave page in the main menu): Linux mint 21.3 / Brave v1.70.119
Additional Information:
i don’t get any ads on my windows 11 install of brave. Also, i dont get any ads other than youtube ads on the linux mint install. EDIT: I tried the latest brave on the windows subsystem for linux and adblocking works fine on every site
