I didn't receive my Bats for this month and account limit reached

Hello
I formatted my pc, now when I try to link my uphold account, it shows Device Limit Reached, and I didn’t receive my Bats for this month.
PC 1 6.432 Bats
PC 2 1.245 Bats

Any solutions?
