I can't claim my Brave Rewards (no button)

Hello,
I wasn’t able to claim any of my Brave Rewards. Once my Brave Rewards are available, there is no button to claim my rewards. I have lost more than 2 BAT just because I can’t claim them.
Please help me

No

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?
No

Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)
No

Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)?
Yes

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices?
Yes
