I can no longer import passwords!

Description of the issue:
My ability to import passwords via the Settings page has been removed.
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. As a security measure I regularly add and update passwords to websites.
  2. This means that every time I open Brave I import a new csv file containing all passwords and any fresh updates or new entries.
  3. I cannot find this functionality in the new release.

Expected result:
Resumption of ability to import a list of login details.
