I am missing 7 months worth of payouts

I have been using Brave for over a year.

I noticed recently that the rewards page started showing 0 ads viewed and 0 rewards pending. However, March 2021 paid out so I was just thinking it was a bug. However, since today’s payment seems to be delayed I was looking at my history. My history shows no payments Aug, Oct, Nov, Dec 2020, and Jan, Feb, Apr(seemingly delayed).

Please let me know what I should do to try and correct this error.

Thank you for reporting! Please DM with the following information:

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.
