Hi, I wanted to try the Brave browser and downloaded it over https://brave.doversdemos.com/. Now it seems fishy: I even double clicked it and tried to install it using my system password, it didn’t seem to work. Is the website https://brave.doversdemos.com/ legit or did is it a scam / fishing website? I’m using a Macbook with the lates OS Ventura 13.6. What should I do? I changed my system password already but fear that other passwords might have leaked if it’s a fishing program.
The only official Brave website and from where should Brave Browser be downloaded from is brave.com.
