How to see who I've tipped?

My brave rewards says " You’ve designated 25.5 BAT for creators who haven’t yet signed up to receive contributions. Your browser will keep trying to contribute until they verify, or until 90 days have passed. Learn more."

How can I see who I’ve tipped? Are tips editable if unclaimed?

It also says “Insufficient Funds |You have pending tips due to insufficient funds” What does this mean? How do I see these pending tips? How can they be pending if there are no funds for them?

I have to admit that Brave could do better explaining this whole Rewards thing, I believe.

I press “Tip” on Twitter entries and absolutely nothing happens. I cannot figure that out, either.

Wallet is another confusing thing? What do I need that for?

A nice concise explanation of the whole program would be nice for people who are new to to this whole concept.
