How to restore the Brave Rewards

Brave Team,

Today I reinstalled my OS, and after installing the Brave Browser, I am not able to restore my Rewards.

Previously I downloaded the restore code but now not able to find, where to put that code to restore my code. Also I have a file record of my previous brave rewards internals.

Please let me know, how to restore my Brave Rewards Thanks

Was you wallet connected with Uphold?

Yes, Wallet is connected with Uphold. But I want to know about the pending rewards that was not transferred to the wallet
