I erased/deleted (Frankly, forgot how I did that) the shortcut icons on the webpage. How can I restore them?

@Jmhfl7 Go to Customize in the bottom of the image you posted and toggle on Top sites. Also, you haven’t claimed your Ad Rewards yet.
