How to remove Bookmark button on Brave Browser on Desktop ?
If you mean the bookmark bar, then right click and turn “Show Bookmarks” off. It will only appear in new tab.

Unfortunately, at this moment in time, the only button that is removable is the Home button. However, I will change this thread into a feature request to see if anyone would like to vote for this to be an option.
