How to *disable* DNS over HTTPS feature

Description of the issue: I need to disable the DNS over HTTPS feature.

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.
I went to brave://flags/#dns-over-https but the setting is not there.

Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):
N/A, the setting is not there.

Expected result:
To disable dns over https

Operating System and Brave Version(See the About Brave page in the main menu):
Version 1.26.77 Chromium 91.0.4472.164 (Official Build) (64-bit) :: Windows 10

Additional Information:
None

Type brave://settings/security in the address bar → Use secure DNS.

Ok, so disabling that feature disables DNS over HTTPS feature, right? I ask because after an entire day fooling with this, among other Tor related things, I’ve discovered not to assume anything and question everything. haha Thank you for the answer!
