How to clear imported bookmarks from chrome and stop sync?

Hi,

I imported my bookmarks from chrome, but now i have decided iā€™d like my own bookmarks on the Brave browser but when I deleted one bookmark from Brave it also removed it from chrome.

So in short, id like to stop remove bookmarks from brave and stop it syncing those removals with chrome.

Running on Windows 10 64 Bit.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

For anyone wanting to know, I have figured it out. I did the following:

Important make sure you save your wallet restore key somewhere safe before you do the following steps below:

Click People Icon > Manage People > Add new person > Then Delete older person profile.

Hope this helps anyone who had the same issues as I did.
