Every install count as a slot including reinstalls. And currently 4 is max limit per Uphold/Gemini account. There is a GitHub issue open currently which aims to remove this limit altogether- https://github.com/brave/brave-browser/issues/18572. It can take a couple of months atleast if testing goes well.
