How do you pin sites to the home page?

@Gamegenorator Do you mean Creating shortcut in desktop? It is possible, you can add shortcut through Hamburger menu->More Tools->Create shortcut

@Gamegenorator tiles on Brave’s new tab page (home page) is populated based on your history.

Currently there’s no way to add it manually.
