How do I turn off VPN. Won’t turn off and have not signed up for it

I can’t switch over VPN. Why?

@Becka1984 If you have not signed up for VPN, then you wouldn’t have VPN on. It only turns on when/if you subscribe and enable. The browser comes with the capabilities, but always is off. So what are you referencing when you’re trying to say you can’t turn it off?

And then your body text, I can't switch over VPN. What do you mean? Please be more particular.
