How can I remove a site from Site Exception list

Description of the issue:

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Go to “Settings” > “Site Settings” > “Cookies”
  2. Click on “+ ADD SITE EXCEPTION” and add a site
  3. Site cannot be removed from list, only flagged for “Blocked” or “Allowed”

Expected result:
Site added to exception list, but no option to remove site from list
